<description>I have three dongle based Conaxsat Nano 1 receivers purchased from and installed by a local dealer. Two are on a shared antenna and do not work. The third is on a dedicated antenna and dongle and it works fine. I have been unable to get the dealer to come back. All three receivers are good. The two with no reception are on a single shared antenna and dongle. I am just about convinced that there is a problem with the FTA antenna or dongle setup.

The Nano setup is: IP - 192.168.0.101; Sub: 255.255.255.0; Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1; DNS:192.168.0.1; DHCP: Enabled

Can you tell me how to correct the problem and if you are in my service area what is your service charge?

Call 505-286-1765 Sedillo Hill location. Edgewood, New Mexico
